WAREHOUSE RECEIPT--PROVISION DAMAGE TO FRAGILE ARTICLES
The warehouseman shall not be liable for injury or damage to fragile articles, which are defined for purposes of this agreement as all articles susceptible to breakage or crushing, that are not both packed and unpacked by warehouseman's employees.
